Tvs motors delivered a faulty scooty ,tvs jupitor. The scooty had faulty self start mechanism, it does not start with self start. Self start is a hit and trial ,some times works. Upon complain tvs took the scooty kept it for 10 days said it’s fine but the problem persisted. Upon complaining again they again took the scooty but again the same story. I purchase TVS Jupiter Scotty RC no.UP32 MD 3096..from classic cars tvs moter co.ltd. mausambagh sitapur lucknow.. on 19.8.2021…with name talat parveen…..there insurance and RC were given to me….on 19.11.2021 unfortunately in accident my tvs Jupiter was damaged and I reached the service station of classic car tvs motor co.ltd.above….there I gave everything… One mr..rahul in that service agency met me and received my Scotty…..after few days he gave me back my Scotty and received 400 Rs ..but gave me no receipt of money and claim…report….there is fault in this agency….there are cheating with people …..if it’s continue people would loss confidence of above agency
