I have taken a personal loan of RS.5,15,000 from Bajaj Finserv. I got an amount of RS.4,88,293 on 6th of august 2015 in my account. They have deducted total RS.17,850 from my loan amount For Insurance -RS15,000, ELC card – RS1450, Credit vidya -RS 1450, in addition of processing fee, sevice tax etc. I have not given consent for deduction of RS17,850 and not even they had discussed with me about this.
I have met several times with the representative of Bajaj Finserv and requested him that i have no need of these thing, so please refund my deducted amount. I have also comlained several times to Bajaj Finserv customer care through phone calls and maiL.

In addition to above mail details, I have called them at least hundred times from 14th aug. 2015 to today. After above mentioned mutiple complain, they have refunded RS.15,000 to my account in the month of october, which was deducted for insurance.
But they have not refunded RS.2,850, Which were deducted for ELC card and credit vidya. Now their representative Gxxxxxxv Kxxxxxxl is not even receving my phone calls.
So I request you for not only recovery of amount but also compensation for mental and physical trauma which I have gone through for last 5 month for multiple phone calls, meating and mail. I also request you that you should penalise them, so that they cannot afford to cheat a common man.
