Complaint regarding unfair billing by Vodafone

I have 2 post paid vodafone connections from Vodafone. I have plan of 150(plus taxes) + Data pack worth 95.

My data uses was below my data Cap and i had surplus data remaining in end of month. Problem was that company activated 3d data on my connection, without any request and prior notice, and charged me accordingly.

I contacted customer care, they told me that it’s company’s internal error, and will be resolved while billing.

in end of month, they sent me bill of 1081.46 which is too much from my average bill 285. I contacted customer care again and they reduced it to 395, it’s still too much from my actual bill.

My point is that, if error was from company’s end, why should i pay for that?

    I too have two post paid numbers and every time I have to check the bill very carefully, intimate the discrepancy to customer care and get the excess amount reversed. Even though when they are forced to reverse the excess bill amount, they still try to charge the service tax on reversed amount which again I have to tell them. I am a military officer and always go by rules. But not everyone has this tendency and time & energy, so the company is easily extorting money fearlessly. I suggest everyone to switch over to any other service provider.
