Complaint regarding unfair internet billing by Idea celular

I was using the above said mobile number when I was working in India. My last visit in India was in October and I was there for 5 weeks. Now I am working in Poland so I am writing this complaint on the internet. I was using the data services from Idea also and I took this internet plan 8 months back. This plan is 1Gb data every month. And I am not a tech savy so I don’t use even 1Gb of data. However, Idea told me that the amount of unused data will be carry forward to the following months and you can accumulate this unused data as it will not expire in the end of the month. So, I didn’t use my data for two months(August and Sept 2015) and they were supposed to carry forward this in october. However, they didn’t do it. And on top of that they informed me that I have used all my data limit in one week on my arrival in India. So, this is not fair. I always ensure to respect them so I used to pay all my bills in time even if my mobile was switched off. I know my responsibility so I paid the bills in time every month without fail. Then in november 2015, they again informed me that I have already consume my data for whole month within a week, which is impossible. Then I found lots of similar complaints on the internet. So, I opened one complaint with their customer relationship and I got a notification that this complaint is closed, which is very annoying for me. Now they are calling my close relatives to ask me to pay the bills, which is now beyond my tolerance and this has forced me to write this complaint. I have attached the my bill statement and notification of closing my complaint. Kindly consider this case as a big problem how these people are doing business by screwing the happiness of a good social human being.
