I am very unhappy to report that I have a flight on 18/01/2017, from L.G.B.I Airport at 12.20 pm the usual schedule was 10.20 am, but as we all know,that C- category airline service provider like spice jet usually changes time as per their own requirement. The issue is that I arrived sharply at 11.30 am exactly before 50 minutes in the counter but due to their technical fault , my flight is missed and got cancelled. I want my full refund for the ticket. The worst airline, with worst food and I’ll mannered staff.
