Complaint regarding unsolicited Clipskaart service by Vodafone

I m using 9xxxxxxxx3 postpaid number of vodafone company the company activated vas service namely CLIPSKAART on my number without my consent which bear a charge of 35 rs . This service activated on 3 march 2017 at 11:49pm which i come to know by a message i at same time called customer care and told him to deactivate the service and to not charge any amount for this. The executive who taken my call was Sxxxxl Txxxxr he deactivated the service and assured me to reverse the charge when next bill is generated so today on3 april 2017 when i received the bill i called back the customer care and told him all the things, the call was attended by customer executive namely rxxxxa pxxxxxr who works at malvi nagar jaipur . She answered me that the above service (CLIPSKAART) charge of 35 will not be reversed i requested her but he denied to reverse the charge therefore i now want that the charge should must be reversed as i had not activated the service . It was an unauthorised activation by company itself , so please help me in this matter. I am attaching scrrenshot of msg which is received by me from company at activation and again after deactivation
