Complaint regarding unwanted SBI encash loan

I have credit card with SBI, I got 76 calls to take Ecash loan on SBI card, so I said Yes to get rid to the calls and the next day I called to get it canceled, it got canceled in the month of April, in the month of June I saw my online how much balance is there to complete my payment for the month.. I was shocked seeing the balance to pay which is 1,51,000/- (Aprox +/- 1,000), So called customer care to resolve the issues which I have not taken, the customer care person says that I have with drawn the ecash which is not, so keep on trying to resolve this issues from 10 days till now I did not get any resolution and my dead line for the payment came in 27th June, Now, they says I need to make the payment.
