Complaint regarding upgradation by Reliance to 4G service

On 22th May , Call came from Reliance comm that to upgrade CDMA to 4G. I have upgraded to 4G on 26th May. Taken new 4G SIM(Rs 30) as well as 4G WIPOD(Rs 900). But till date I have not received any 4G services. Main point is that they have also not providing me existing CDMA connection. There is no any payment due against Reliance comm.

I have wrote many emails to Reliance comm but not get any resolution. Also tried to reach many times to customer care(1800-3000-5555). They are also twisting the issue not providing any soloution. I am really fade up.Don’t know what to do. I am corporate employee.Many times I have to work from home.Even in this connection. I have taken corporate plan. Please do the needful..

    Port out (using MNP) from reliance after 3 months

    As per Reliance Comm,For Data card MNP is not available.
