Complaint regarding used product from Ebay

I have ordered a “external hard disk- 2TB” form ebay online store as prepaid shopping. But when I received that product I saw that was a used product & not working properly as well. When I complaint on ebay they said share image of product & I shared same. After 2-3 days when I called on ebay customer care they said we have deleted seller for cheating with you & therefore reverse pick up is not possible. So you have to courier on seller’s address & address they sent on my mail because I was unable to see seller’s detail due to ebay had deleted. Then I have sent it through the courier and it’s receipt I attached in given link. After a few days when I called on ebay care, they said your attachment is not clear, so again you have to attach same image in clean view. I done the same. After 2-3 days when again I called on ebay care, they said your refund is not processed due to courier is not received on seller’s address. Then I trace the courier on courier web portal through the tracking numbers, it’s showing delivery pending due to insufficient information. Again I called on ebay care and when I asked for seller’s contact details then they provide me seller’s contact number. When i asked why you didn’t give me in previous mail, they said might be forget. Given contact number I have given to the courier & when courier”s partner are trying t contact with seller, its number getting switched off. Then I tried to contact on same number it is switch off, while I have tried many times.

I became actually shocked when I see the same seller in ebay list. I got complete theory of cheating.
First of all they sent defective product, then they said so long & difficult procedure of refund that customer have to keep that defective product. & ebay removed seller’s details for few days, so that customer can not contact with seller & showing that we have deleted such sellers
More than 30 conversation I have done with both (courier & ebay), but still I didn’t get any solution. And still either i don’t have money & product as well.
