In the month of April 2016 I have upgraded to HD connection of Videocon D2H but suddenly remote stopped working on 9th may 2016 and I have registered the complaint on the very first day. They promised to resolve it in 24 hours but they are unable to do so . I called them several times but all their promises gone in vain. I’m attaching the screen shot of messages for complaint number. They are really irritating and every time they have nothing new to say. Please resolve it at the earliest. I demand replacement of remote and the waive off of daily charges they are charging me for subscription due to their fault and negligence.
