Complaint regarding Videocon D2H service and support

I have called videocon d2h many times but their response is very bad. I gave engineer who attended my complaint full payment,350 for receiver replacement n 200 his fees. But again videocon d2h have deducted rs from my account n again disconnected signals. After that when I called customer care they talked very rude n refused to return my balance.

    I have called customer care their service is very very poor and bad, even our recharge deducting every day, my complaint given 20.09.2018, but till date their service engineer not even respond and not called to 25.09.2018 completed but they are not responding. this type service is very bad for VIDEO CON DTH Service. they are cheating the customers. channels are not coming but my recharge amount automatically deducting daily.

    this is very very bad thing from video con dth service.

    I Have D2h service last 8 years
    My Problem is No DD Sport chanel not watch
    DD Sport chanel is already free chanel but D2h service is the day cricket match then dd Sport chanel close
