Purchased new Videocon D2H connection on 29 August 2018. Set top box automatically restarting, registered complain in October, replaced with new set top box on 18 October 2018.
Again same issue, set top box automatically restarting, registered complain on 8 November. set top box replaced on 16 November. But gave faulty Set top box, light not working , remote also not working properly, and replaced set top box is of some other model.
Registered complain with customer care on 16th November 2018, made multiple calls to contact customer service, finally engineer visited on 27 November 2018, says they don’t have new set top box for replacement. Again engineer visited today on 28 November 2018, came with another completely different model, i did not accept. Then my subscription disconnected, tv stopped working, said insufficient balance, but my recharge was valid till 5th December. called customer care, couldn’t talk to customer care executive, as my calls were put on automatic voice message saying my complain is registered and will be resolved in 24 hours, calls automatically disconnected.
Somehow could contact customer service, came to know I had been wrongly charged for engineer visit and my account balance is in negative. Engineer visit is free with in warranty period.
So in conclusion purchased new product, within 3 months set top box changed thrice, still needs replacement. Poor quality products and customer service.
