My set top box started the “Software upgrade” on Thursday 2:15 AM and it carried on till 5AM by which time we got to know that something wrong. We checked the same on 2AM and the upgrade was still running. We spoke to Videocon d2h helpline and it asked us to wait for 2 more hours. at 5Pm we contacted the videocon help desk again and they registered our complaint. The complaint no is 42909280. We were promised that the engineer will be at our place by 11AM Friday. The engineer did call us at 10:30 AM friday and comfirmed our address but failed to turn up. When I called the engineer @ 2:30 PM he told me that “Software issue will get rectified by itself” . I have raised the complaints on twitter as well but to no avail.
