Complaint regarding videocon LED TV servicing

My 55 inch videocon led tv was under warranty when i complained about the panel issues in august 2019. The service centre personnel visited and charged the service charge after checking the problem. Its been more than a year my issue has not yet been solved by the company or the service centre. kindly look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
