This is to bring to your kind knowledge that the undersigned purchased a television (Videocon LEDTV VKA32HX08MA) on 13.09.2015 and payment was duly made.

On the said television set 3 years extended warranty was also provided by Videocon. Lately on 18.10.2017 some problem arose in the speakers attached thereto the television set. The complainant immediately logged the complaint on the Videocon Service Center. Thereafter, on the telephonic conversation the customer Executive (Technician) came on 25.10.2017 to the aforesaid premises of the undersigned.

In lieu of that the customer executive namely Mr. Axxxxxh issued the complainant a slip and charged Rs. 590 and assured me that the problem would be rectified within 1-2 days. Since then, so many days have passed but there is no response from Videocon Executive’s Namely as Mr. Axxxxh and Team Leader of the Branch. Despite of the constant follow up by the complainant they are not traceable.

Therefore, in the light of above I request you to take serious action against them as they have committed fraud upon the complainant. And also Police Station Report copy is attached.
