Complaint regarding Vodafone 3G service

Pl. be noted that after a 3g recharge of 849 rs. I am subjected to get a 3g facility on vodafone for 28 days from the day I recharged it, but each and every month, I am unable to get a full fledged facility, because the vodafone seems to be undergoing some repair work, on account of which they do not provide us the 3g speed they promise us to.. This problem is notifiable every month and extends to a duration as long as 10 days. Every time I receive the same answer on their helpdesk that vodafone is undergoing some network error and issues will be resolved in 10 days. That’s like a cheat on their customers regarding their promises and commitments. They also promise us that we will get a 3g speed for 6 hrs during this problem duration between 11:00 am to 05:00 pm. I just want to ask that after giving an unlimited 3g access, if they are confining us to a limited access, then what’s the point of asking to recharge for a 3g service. In another words they are just cheating on their customers and not providing all that they promised for.
Kindly look into this matter, because it is not an issue for this month only.. but an issue for each and every month.
