Complaint regarding Vodafone datacard billing issue

I had purchased a vodafone 3G datacard on Dec,2015 for my offcial purpose. The 3G net speed was good up to April,2016 but from May,2016 onwards the 3G signal strength was become very poor and it was disconnecting frequently.

After several complaints to Vodafone customer care , the issue never resolved. Always they gave false statements like our technical team will visit soon to solve the issue also we are working on to increase the signal coverage to your location but still i faced the issue up to end of june. As I am working from home , I have not paid for most of the days in a month. This happened due to no 3G signal at my home.

Finally as I frustrated with Vodafone , i dumped the Vodafone data card and took the other network connection. Now I am getting several calls from Vodafone to pay the pending bill amount of Rs 2000 also they are sending their person to my home to collect the bill. This again very frustrating as they never solved the issue after several complaints and now they need to pay the bill amount.
