Complaint regarding Vodafone inflated bills

Since Last four moths from the date I have converted connection to Post paid with Vodafone. I am getting inflated bills.

1. I have to call them for the bill correction and then only I can submit my bills.
2. Moreover they charge late bill. So they try that customer pay inflated charges othewise they will get the opportunity to charge fine.
3. This time I have got double bill of my plan.
4. Last week when I got the call then they informed me that it is because of roaming charges
5. I asked Roam is free, They said yes but it is not active on your number.
6. Question is who will be doing active/deactive
7 They told me their senior will be calling in 4 hrs. But no call received
8. They called me on 14/15th Jan same story again and they informed me that Senior will be calling in 4 hrs. Again no call back
9. Today 18th Jan I called customer care Nodal Office they told they will be sending me mail with details and against that mail I need to raise the concerns.

10 But no mail received Nodal officer.

In all this process they have connected my Phone.

I cann’t do the important call / Internet. Now it seems we are slave of these companies. They will charge the way they want and these companies will not provide the services
