Complaint regarding Vodafone post-paid billing

I have being using Vodafone postpaid my plans are as follows :-
1) 300 talk time plan
2) 750 unlimited Internet plan
My unbilled amount is increasing day by day (12000 approx) and the Vodafone excutives are saying it is because of gprs but my plan is unlimited . I filed complaint’s many time as I am facing this problem from 22nd Feb , it’s been a month. They say they will surely slove my problem but all in vain. My services are repeatedly stopped from a month. Till now they have not solved my problem . They say to pay some amount of bill but why should I as the inconvenience is because of them . I have paid my recent bill but I will not pay any extra money.
I have called them around 100 200 times but problem remain’s the same . They register my complaint and then nothing is done to resolve my problem. I have attached files showing my complaint registration many times.
