Complaint regarding Vodafone postpaid connection

Sir, I applied for a new postpaid connection in Vodafone on 21st April 2015 by porting my current airtel no. 8xxxxxxxx8. But there is no response from Vodafone care till now. I submitted my ID proof and photo via mail.

On 21st April their customer representative gave me an offer of Rs 249 in which 600 local+std mins,  500mb 3g data and calling on a Vodafone no.  free. I accepted the offer and paid Rs 250 to their dealer for new connection. He gave me a sim and Bill of Rs 250. But as customer care phoned me again they changed the plan and said this offer is just for 3 months.

As I paid connection fee so I couldn’t refuse. They said me your no.  Will be activated in 7 days but still thare is no response from them.
Kindly please take some action in this regard as soon as possible.
This is a very frequent case now a days. All companies are doing these kinds of fraud. I have two more cases of this type and this time in idea cellular.
