Complaint regarding Vodafone recharge offer

I am a Vodafone customer. As I got a msg from Vodafone few days back, that is with the recharge of 98 I will get 500mb 2G data + 100mb extra data, with 20 days validity instead of 15 days validity. But they didnt get activated the offer till now. When iam calling to Vodafone care they are not connecting my call to customer care since 14 days. Please take the action on Vodafone care as they are not responding to customers properly.
