Complaint regarding Vodafone’s prepaid to postpaid connection

This is to bring to your kind attention that I have paid Rs.250.- along with form and supporting documents for conversion of my prepaid connection to postpaid connection in respect of mobile no. 82xxxxxx81 on 10/10/2015. Subsequently no body has contacted me from Vodafone side. I have been repeated sent number of mails and contacted their consumer care number but nobody has from Vodafone is bothered to ponder over this small issue. I have written number of complaints to their nodal officer as well as appellate authority but no action initiated. Under the circumstances, I have no other alternative but to approach you to get the matter sorted out. I have not been able to recharge my phone on prepaid nor vodafone is doing anything for postpaid.

Hope somebody from vodafone side bothered to ponder over this issue.
