I purchased voltas AC from Snapdeal on October 2015 and used only twice, till now. First it worked well but now we have a problem with cooling. So, I called Voltas customer care and filed a complaint on 23rd FEB, 2016. They said issue will be resolved with in 24 hours but week passed no response from their side. So, I called them and made one more complaint but again no one came to fix it. It’s almost 4 week from my initial complaint day still no response from their side. When ever I call them they simply say that your complaint has given higher priority and will be resolved in next 24 hours but still it’s not fixed.
