i have bought a new A/c VOLTAS 123 lya on 27th february 2017 and the A/c had a complaint after just two months on 27th april 2017. i have bought this A/c from Nandilath-G-Mart (kesavadasapuram, trivandrum,kerala) their response to us was too bad. the product is not at all good the below average quality of the product lead to short circuit and burned some wire in the external division and their by the gas got leaked and the cooling is not properly happening. i demand the replacement of the product. their should be atleast a minimum of 1 year no-complaint working of any product. this is clearly because of the poor quality and the quality check of the product.
