I have purchased 1 five door wardrobe from Furniture Junction showroom in City Center-2 Rajarhat Kolkata on 25 may 2015. They delivered the product on 30 may 2015.
In the month of July-15 last week wardrobe got fungus (molds) in all the inner and outer areas. I have contacted to their service manager Mr Axxxxr same time. no proper response received, they shown ignorance to the matter but i kept calling him after every 1 or 2 days . after more than 50 reminders they send 1 technician for some chemical treatment of wardrobe in the month of Aug-15, after the treatment of wardrobe same problem came after 2 days only, again i have called the same person regarding it so he again started ignoring me. same process i have followed. several calls made to him in next 15-20 days then he again send same technician with some other treatment. again some chemical treatment given to wardrobe but after 7 days same issue occured again. i have requested them to replace the furniture as it is not good or return the money but they are ignoring, again and again i am calling them and requesting to resolve the issue but they are ignoring.
From past 2 months i am calling them and requesting for the suitable action but no healthy support provided. Very embarrassing situation is there and i am facing lots of financial and mental pressure because of this issue. Hopefully i am waiting for your positive action.
