Complaint regarding warranty for new Samsung Galaxy S6

I’ve purchased Samsung galaxy s6 edge on 26 June, 2016 for Rs. 42,190 /-. It now doesn’t turn on for some reason, no response at all from the phone, doesn’t even charge. I’ve got bill for the purchase which claims that Shopmonk has covered the phone with 1 year warranty. But now I’ve been emailing them since 6 days, twice a day, but I get an automated reply saying “ticket has been received and the shopmonk team will get back to you in 24-48 hours”. But no one does. Please help me with this problem! Their only customer care number is never reachable. I’ve posted on their Facebook page, but they don’t let the post be on their page. I’ve commented on their posts regarding my problem, but they simply delete it. Do they think the customers are stupid? I want my warranty claimed. Please help me out with it. Order id : 284425
