I had purchased an Omega Deluxe kitchen set of Prestige make SKU No. 30747 from Army’s Canteens Store Department Satwari Jammu in the month of Aug 2015. Out of the three piece kitchen set the Tawa developed a defect and after furnishing online complaint to the company I was directed to handover the defected item to the authorised service centre at Marble market Jammu. On doing so I was promised by the rep available at the service centre that the thing will be sorted out in few days. It had been more than two months now I am yet to get any positive response from the company rep. Also I have been ignored/ mislead by the company online customer care for quite a long time thus leading to a mental agony. I request that this irresponsible behaviour of the company may be taken seriously

  1. I have given my prestige Pan in service centre near marble market Jammu. but no one give me any response from the Last 30 days. So i suggest all of you do not purchase prestige product.
