We had purchased whirlpool refrigerator through Vijay sales, M.G.Road branch, Gurgaon on 01.06.16. This is not working properly and whirlpool is asking money to repair during warranty period. Now they are blaming us that we have not used properly. Actually they have not delivered the refrigerator in good condition and agreed to repair at free of cost while purchasing another fridge from them on 23.10.16. The new one also not handed over properly.
Our earlier purchased refrigerator is not working for the past four months and fed up with Vijay sales servicing department for the arrangements and whirlpool to repair. Hence requesting to solve our issues and put penalty for their delay in repair.
