Our refrigerator which was purchased in 2012 is giving us trouble every 3 months. Every time service person visits will cost you Rs400 without even repairing. After spending Rs 5000 last year on compressor we again hv a problem with compresses and company says warranty s 3 months do you mean every 3 months we hv to pay you, Rs 5000.
It’s one horrible product we have purchased would never suggest whirlpool to any one. Service is the worst part you can’t trust the servicing team if they actually put company product or no
There is no codination between service and company. They have worst service provided till now
