I have raised the complain for not getting cash from PNB ATM on 08/02/2018 for two transactions valued Rs. 10000 each. After repeated complaints through telephone and email, I am able to get only Rs. 10000 in refund and rest of Rs. 10000 is still pending to be refunded. Every time when i contact customer care, they gives assurance of 48 hours but nothing has happened till date. When asked about my complaint status, they provide vague answers. I am fed up calling PNB customer care multiple times and hoping to get some respite from this complaint trails. Please do the needful as no bank ever takes this much time to solve any problem or guide me for any future legal correspondence towards bank for early resolution of my complaint.
