I purchased a product from Wonderchef vide invoice mentioned below, and the product was not functioning and immediately i lodged a complaint on 10th Dec 2018 indicating the problems as such they asked me to send the complaint thorough a viedo which i had send to their customer care email id, but in spite of calling and following up on the update of my complaint the customer care do not response and give fake reply. it is almost one month and i get no response from wonder chef regarding my complaint, you may note that the cost of the product is Rs.3000/-
Actually i bought the product because of Chef.Sanjeev Kapoor as i saw his ads, but its is shocking to know that how he is endorsing such items as the services is very very poor.

Really hate delhivery courier. My product was received but they failed to deliver and the product ageing limit crossed and got returned. Really really hate the poor working disorder of the said courier ????
