I purchased a duck feather jacket dt 19-08-2018. But when i wear it after a week all the feathers come out and stuck in to my t-shit and my tshirt is spoiled. And again again when i wear this its feathers are coming out alot and all my tshirt ruined. So i made a complain on store vide c.f.no ccf-26 dt 12-09-2018. But nothing come out. Then I mailed to the complain mail id of the company then the replied that its not a defect. But how can i wear such a jacket which is ruining my tshirts even feather are transfering to the persons near to me. No one can wear it and this is not a road side jacket all my money is wasted. i m attaching all the photos here pls help me for the same.
