I had ordered a product from flipkart. They delivered me a wrong size product. I had asked for a return of that product. I was not there at home when the delivery guy came to collect the product and mom by mistake gave him the product of myntra.com. The delivery guy did not even check the product and processed a return. This is surprising because the bag was also of myntra and then too this guy did not understand when his only duty is to check it and collect it. When I called them regarding this issue, My call was put on hold for around 25 minutes and these guys used to not come on line again. In an hour or so, I had to call them thrice because everytime I call, My call would be put on hold. It has been more than 7 days and they have still not solved the issue. They just keep on delaying the issue. I was told that it will be solved by 25th may but still not solved. Please help me if possible.
