Complaint regarding wrong billing by Reliance GSM

I m using a post payed number of reliance. In June month i had 7Gb data in mah account but network was too bad that’s why I was not Able to use it and when I call to company they told me your 7 gb data will be added in your july month but nothing I got in July month.

My july month bill was generated of 1098 rupees with over net use. I used data lam sam 500 rupees. When I call to costumer care they told me u hv to make a recharge of Rs 300 for wev Over charge of 500. But when I recharged they wev Over the charges of August month. But I recharged for wev Over the charges of July month. This month company maked my bill Rs 800. Whn I call to know about this mistake they told me we are not Able to wav over now your charges of July month. Now I m not setisfi with ans of company.
I called costumer care before pay may july month bill they told me sir u just have to pay 700 rupees of July month bill your outstanding amount will be wev off. But after some days my outgoing call has suspended by company. And when I call to ask about. they told me your some amount is due of July month. So u have to pay it for active your service again after know this all I did pay but in next month bill they charged me 100rs for lat payment charge.

When ever I call to costumer care every one give me a different answer they’re totally billowing my mind and make me confuse.

I want to get back all my money.
