They charged me despite me raising the issues of poor network on the second day of installation of TIKONA connection. Despite the request to withdraw the connection, they did not collect the instrument and kept saying that we will take 10 days to improve your experience post which if you still want we will take away the apparatus and end the broadband connection. I had to pay the bill of the service for total 4 months as they made a lawyer call me threatening me to file a case against me for non payment of bill. I told the entire story to him, however he insisted on payment or else he would have filed the court case.
Ultimately in the pretext of resolving customer’s issue in the next 10 days even when the customer has asked to withdraw the connection, they extend the billin period. In my case it was 6 months.
