I was travelling with my colleague to Kanpur from Delhi on 18 December and returning to Delhi Delhi from Kanpur on 22 October 2017. The Ticket number as provided by online booking provider Red Bus are TKAQ10842676 and TKAQ70825938 respectively. The Tickets have been attached below.

On our journey towards Kanpur, due to the wrong boarding point mentioned on the tickets, we were not able to catch our bus on time. Our ideal boarding point was Anand Vihar Bus Terminal while we were provided with the Kashmere Gate Bus Stop on the Ticket as the Boarding point. Similarly, our return ticket also had the wrong boarding point, which we were able to correct as Kanpur is our hometown. UPSRTC mismanagement is altogether a different story to go with it for which I have already filed a complained on National Consumer Complaint Forum.

Kindly listen to our request and do act on it. We are students who are trying to manage our studies in Delhi and definitely not want our money to get wasted like this because of a mistake of the online service provider. We are not new to complain against Red Bus. We will be really grateful for your help. Though there is no pay for the mental and physical pain we got throw, the refund would really restore our faith to our system.
