Complaint regarding wrong charge by Reliance Communications

I Have a postpaid connection of reliance from jan 2016, i ported that no. from vodafone, first three months the bill was according to the plan, from the month of june 2016 they wrongly charged of amounting RS.55 for international message.

I called the customer care for the same, they used wrong words.

After 2 days Reliance officer call me for payment of bill, i said firstly waive off the charges which was wrongly added from your side,he waived off , i paid the bill.

From the month of june they always charged late payment, i requested every month, they said waived off, then they always add in to the bill.

I request to you please tell me the Solution, i want to leave the reliance.
