Complaint regarding wrong charges by SBI credit card

I have a sbi credit card and statement of the one month generated on the date of 03 every month date of the deposit out standing is 22 of every month. In this regarding last month statement was generated on 03 may 2018 and due date of deposit bill 22 may 2018.
Sir, last month i spend Rs 9948/- for bought online various items and irctc web for booked of e-ticket by sbi card. But I cancelled a e-ticket and amount refund of Rs 1055/- was credit in my sbi credit card account. I was contact with sbi credit card customer care that I deposit my outstanding amount 8893/- because Rs 1055/- already refund by irctc to sbi credit card account but customer support suggested to me that deposit all amount for safe from other charges and your extra amount is show as credit in account. I was deposited full payment of Rs 9948/- on the dated of 22 May 2018 but company deducted Rs 524/- from my extra deposited amount Rs 1055./-. I approach to customer support of sbi card then company said that your sbi card is activated with auto pay service and sbi card company approached to bank which add to sbi card 4-5 days before last date of billing.
Sir when I deposited all out standing amount before last date then why was company deducted Rs 524/- from my account.
Kindly help me and approach to company for refund my Rs 524/-.

    MY CREDIT CARD OF SBI SEND FALSE STATEMENTS AND DOUBLE CHARGES OF 1 OF MY PUCHASE .PLUS NNOT A SINGLE BILL COME TO ME .I SEND COMPLAINT FOR SEND BILL BUT THEY NOT HEAR .WHATEVER I SPENT THIS AMOUNTB I PAID REGULARLLY BUT WITHOUT BILL .SOM NOW THEY CHARGE ME SOME EXCESS CHARGES WHICH I SUPPOSE NOTB TO PAY .SO WHAT I DO ,??/
