Complaint regarding wrong charges by Uber

uber charged extra for the ride. on 11th july 2018 I had booked for an uber pool from moulali till sector v. Mode of payment was cash. I already had 84 uber credits in my account. But when i took a drop off i was charged Rs 100 instead of rs 15, which when checking my ride details I find i should have been charged. I tried contacting uber, but they denied help making it feel that it is the customers fault. seeking your support to get my money refunded.

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
