I am using uber rider pass in Hyderabad . On February 16th 2018 i booked a cab from waverock till Kaizen meadows-1, when i am booking the cab it showed me as 169/- and arrival time is 5 minutes. After booking the cab it showed me arrival time as 30 minutes and cost as 169/-. Cab came after 30 minutes and i reached my destination. Now Uber showed me the fare as 389/- outstanding. When i raised the complaint with Uber it provided me a reply that i route is changed than what was shown in the driver navigation phone. If the route between source and destination is changed the driver should be penalized not the customer. I wanted to be charged only 169/- and even provide back the rider pass amount of 129/- . Really Bad execution by Uber . When using rider pass even the waiting time was charged 1.5/- per minute which is unethical.
