I ordered a table mate, brown colour but supplier delivered pink colour on COD basis. The bill/cash memo was dated 12/7/2016. It was from their site www.tablemateindia.com
The mistake was notified to them immediately over phone to their customer care no. 9718403792 and email ID: retailmart2015[@]rediffmail.com.
Out of sending so many emails, they wrote to me that replacement will be delivered ASAP on 18 July but no action to date. The email is attached. Recently no response to my follow up emails as well.
Please help me resolve this complaint by way of replacement delivery as per my order.
