I was offered a life time free HDFC regalia credit card, which had a benefit of free lounge access with free priority pass membership. But now HDFC bank has charged me for 4 lounge access (27 USD+ tax each) + 2500 annual fee, which is not as communicated by HDFC card verification team and the representative, who offered me this card. I have already raised a dispute on these transactions 3-4 months before, but HDFC bank at place of resolving this is levying charges on these transactions. I need urgent help in this regard and request HDFC bank to revert all these charges.
