Complaint regarding wrong credit with ICICI Bank not resolved

On 8th April, 2015 an amount of Rs.12,700/- was wrongly credited (through NEFT) in the A/c No. of 0xxxx9 in ICICI Velachery branch in Chennai. Since than I have sent several request through online customer care service portal and wrote to the local ICICI branch to get the amount revert back to my account but with no avail. While surfing I came across your site and decided to make a fresh complain with the hope of a proper redressal.
