Complaint regarding wrong debit by Mobikwik

I had initiated a payment settlement for my credit card on Mobikwik three days back. The transaction got declined on the App. Ans money got debited from my account. Attached are details & sms updates on this transaction : Dear customer, trnx of INR 4,194.00 done via Debit card of Acct XX5100 on 16-Oct-18. Info : IIN*MOBIKWIK. No action has been take so far. These people are simply big cheats. Both the customer care numbers are not being responded to. I need immediate action to be taken on this matter
