Complaint regarding wrong debit for ATM withdrawal failure

I used an atm machine of state bank (atm id EBBJ014132247 )to withdraw money on 9 feb 2016 time 08.01 pm, unfortunately the transaction declined but the ammount was deducted from my bank account (Transaction no. 8469) and was not refunded, but when I complained regarding the above matter 3-4 times to customer service executives the said that they don’t have any detail related to that particular transaction but they have all the details of all the transactions before and after that unsuccessful transaction. They are just saying that we’ll be not able to do any thing science we don’t find any record regarding that unsuccessful transaction. I know the transaction was only of rs 200 but this is totally a froad that state bank has done with me, amount could also have been big then what? The branch is STATE BANK OF INDIA VINDHYANAGAR SINGRAULI MADHYA PRADESH, IFSC CODE -SBIN0007937 ,PLS Help me I want this issue to be solved .I am attaching my bank account statement and I have highlighted the unsuccessful transaction in that statement.
