Complaint regarding wrong deduction by Bajaj Finserv

It is truly disgusting to say the very well reputed Bajaj Finserv is extremely poor in its loan management.
A middle class family purchase things on loan to cope up with expenses but on my purchase of 10000 mobile, Bajaj Finserv has deducted 25000 Rs. Emi from my account as a blunder. And on repeated complaints also it is not depositing money even after a month of deduction. Every month it is deducting, and I am fed up of it.

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
