Complaint regarding wrong delivery by Amazon

I have been calling to amazon customer care but unfortunately they are not giving any positive response except extending days. my product was supposed to deliver on 5th of march 2018 and i got the message in my message box of mobile that it “delivered” to me on same day and package was handed directly to the customer ,but i have not received my product , i have called to customer care regarding this issue and they confirmed to delivered it again on 8th march,since no item received again i called on 8th late night, they again said you will receive your product or refund within 2 days , now after 12 days they are saying they will not provide any solution or refund against my product because it was delivered to me , how can they say that i have receive my product ,delivery boy do not called me before delivery and amazon or aramax courier company is not ready to give contact details of delivery boy ,please suggest what to do
