Complaint regarding wrong delivery information by Ebay

I have purchased a mobile of VOX DV10 4 Sim Mobile Phone (Golden) on 20 November 2016 by paying advance of rs.1499/-. they have dispatched the same on 21/11/2016 via indiapost courier service with tracking no. AW988987585IN. after that i followed the same tracking no. day by day and at 29/11/2016 i found that item has been delivered to: Santosh Mandal, where they did’nt delivered the item to me and they never did call me even. but its showing item has been delivered. and i also don’t received any emails regarding delivery. I am attaching the proof of payment. please help me to return my payment or deliver my package to me.
