Complaint regarding wrong Minimum Balance Charges

ICIC bank was charging me minimum bal charges from last 4 month. If any customer has been charging frequently then do u guys have any responsibility to get ur customer informed through call ,SMS or email about this. My parents were using this card, so i didnt had any info. I have raise this from 17th march 2018 to refund all my money which they deducted by the name of minimum balance charges. I have tweeted as well regarding this but there is no reply from these as well, I am not able to understand what kind of service ICICI is providing to customers
