I had placed an order for Samsung Back Cover with Amazon on January 3rd 2017 and it was delivered on Jan 10th 2017. Immediately on the same after checking the item I had placed the return request as the product was not correct. I had received an sms saying the iteam will be picked up on 11th Jan 2017 but i didnt not hear from the courir person. One 16th it was rescheduled for pick up but i did not receive any call so i called the mobile number mentioned in the email and that person said he did not receive any return pick up request. I called Amazon on 18th Jan and placed the complaint and the person said to cancel the return and place it again and the person will contact you for pick up and i did the same. But no reqponse. Again on 21th Jan I called Amazon and registerd a complaint but no action taken I need my mony back plz help.
