Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (email@example.com) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment. ICF submitted the claim to Nivea and on 11-01-2010 Mrs. Rekha Goyal has confirmed that she got refund of cost of nivea soft and medical expenses.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. She posted her complaint with ICF on 18-05-2014 and after follow-up with Homeshop18 she got replacement by 24-05-2014.

Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.440: Ms. Shikha Tripathi of Mumbai 400022, Maharashtra ordered a saree and received an empty plastic bag with nothing inside. She registered her complaint with Snapdeal and also requested return. However, Snapdeal refused customer’s complaint by telling the the account would be suspended. Customer posted her complaint with ICF on 31-07-2017 and the matter was taken up with Snapdeal. After several follow-ups the customer finally got her refund by 18/08.
